Madelene Ericsson, 32 years old Madelene is also known as Madde and works as an environmental coordinator at the CSR department of H&M. She has worked there for about 4 years and her main goal is to make H&M more environmentally sustainable. According to her, finding sustainable fashion in Sweden is quite easy. Just go for the organic or recycled materials or even better, check out all the great second hand shops!
